Fresh Air Friday’s

Learn skills to improve your happiness, get some clarity of thought, re-energise and relax! Run monthly in different lovely locations around Cardiff and the surrounding area. Sessions start with group coaching; some ideas to think about and reflect on. This is followed by a walk and a chance to discuss what is on your mind with fellow participants. After a tea break the morning finishes off with some relaxation. These three hours are designed to help you think differently, create some space and enable you to be happier and more relaxed.

Fresh Air for Happiness I am really excited to be able to tell you about my new podcast “Fresh Air For Happiness”.  By investing in it you will be happier, more content, less stressed and more creative.  The 12 week course takes you through strategies that will make you more focused and clear headed. Carefully crafted coaching course for both private individuals and business teams proven to help you successfully achieve your goals. Fresh Air For individuals I believe that one of the main functions of a good coach is to hold a safe space for a client to explore whatever it is they need to address.  When you work with me sessions will be outside walking.  I know from experience that the natural environment will help to create this space and in this place I will support you to find answers to the issues facing you. Though you can experience significant change in a single session, I will work with you over a period of time so that the change you create can be permanent. Recently clients have worked with me on issues ranging from their relationship, to business strategy to creating a new direction in their life.

Fresh Air for Business A 12 week coaching program that will motivate staff, make them more focused and productive. The skills that they will learn will make them more creative, better at problem solving both individually and as a team.  They will be able to positively  respond to circumstances rather than react to them. People who have taken the course are more able to cope with stressful situations,  are more focused and better able to work as a team.  Productivity increases between 5 and 10%.
