A 12 week coaching program that will motivate staff, make them more focused and productive.
The skills that they will learn will make them more creative, better at problem solving both individually and as a team. They will be able to positively respond to circumstances rather than react to them. People who have taken the course are more able to cope with stressful situations, are more focused and better able to work as a team. Productivity increases between 5 and 10%.

The skills taught as part of this program combined with the process of walking improve wellness, engagement and output. Being outside walking is an essential part of this program, it supports learning and change, as well as all the added health benefits. Research shows that walking regularly can dramatically improve a person’s health. Encouraging the habit of walking has a massive effect on the wellness of staff. Well staff have fewer absences and are generally happier, which is great for individual and team performance.
